Hi There- I am Meena Montemayor the founder of Limitless Pathways. My expertise is focused on youth and families during crisis and life transitions . Working primarily with individuals however including families can be helpful if extra support is needed. For over 30 years I have provided a safe place for teens , young adults and families going through challenges to discuss their feeling with someone in an authentic and informed way. Life transitions can bring up feelings of uncertainty and fear at a time when one is ambivalent about which direction they would like their life to go in.
Knowing there is someone there to listen to your ideas and is well versed in ways of co-creating your future to help you chart a course with tangible goals.
I have worked in the field of Mental Health for over 30 years. Some of my experience consist of being a College Professor in Social Work at the University of Southern California, as I continue working in a variety of mental health roles. One role is of a School Social Worker in the city of Los Angeles. I also am a member of a clinical team that provides a effective combination of psychiatry, psychotherapy and integrative therapy. In this role I work with clients and their families to establish better understanding and effective tools of communication. I also work as a Therapeutic Consultant to help yourself or a loved one understand the different types of resources available to assist during difficult times. I have extensive knowledge of resources that work with those suffering with many types of challenges. I can guide you and offer valuable direction.
