I am considered Out of Network Provider, I do not accept insurance. However, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Cash, Check, and all major credit cards. Fees are collected at the end of each session.
If you are unable to attend a session, we ask that you cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. A full session fee is charged for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, unless it is due to an emergency.
